Last month, D, E, and N met me on the grounds of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) in Saratoga Springs, NY for a family photoshoot. As with a lot of my families, D & E told me they had never had family portraits taken before. There were always plans to have a family photo shoot but time just seemed to pass so quickly!
D and I know each other through our work with young high school artists, so I already knew that this photoshoot would be fun, but I didn't know how much fun we would have! The whole photo shoot was full of laughter and sweetness, with a good bit of tag thrown in. My goal when working with families is to make sure that the photo shoot feels like having a family playdate. It's a chance to have fun and make memories together as a unit. Most of all, I want to make sure that the little ones enjoy the experience.
I delivered this album a little over a month ago and I am loving looking back at the memories I captured for this sweet family. I just can't help smiling at their love. I say it a lot, but I mean it. I love LOVE in all of its forms. And this family has a lot of love.
